Jack & Kaddee's Solstice Party

Seattle, WA -- 8th Annual Kaddee & Jack Winter Solstice Party, at 5-ish. Come celebrate the end of the holiday season. This is a nice break half way between Pasta Veloce and Daytona.

Kaffrun's 6th & Daytona 200 Party

Everett, WA -- Arrive before 11am if you want to watch the race. What we'll have: Beer, soda, burgers, some munchies. If you would like to, bring your favorite food. Our parties are for adults, in an adult environment.

DirtGather One

Winthrop, WA -- A loosely organized campout for riders of Dual Sport and Adventure Touring bikes, consisting of a bunch of un-paved roads, some camping, heavy drinking and swapping of many lies. See the Website.

MotoGP at Laguna Seca

Monterey, CA -- "THE" roadracing event of the year! See MotoGP on US soil for the first time. No 250s or 125s, but the Big Boys will all be there in the premier class. Many WL subscribers will be attending -- stay tuned to the mailing list for details about rides to/from, camping, dining, and general debauchery...

65th Sturgis Motorcycle Rally

Sturgis, SD -- Not really a WetLeather event, but every motorcyclist should probably attend at least once. Visit the Official Sturgis Website if you're interested (but you'll miss the GPNDG if you go to Sturgis).

14th Great Pacific Northwest Dryside Gather

Dworshak State Park, ID -- The GPNDG, the premier WetLeather event of the year. An extended weekend of up-scale camping in the Idaho panhandle, surrounded by great motorcycle roads and scenic beauty. Thursday through Sunday -- Visit the informative Webpage. Bossed this year by The Secret Cabal.

'05 Iron Butt Rally

Denver, CO -- The 2005 running of the Iron Butt Rally. Root for Jeff earls, the only WL'ite competing this year. In the 2003 event 4 WetLeather folks competed, resulting in 2 DNFs, a 6th overall (John O'Keefe) and a 2nd the "Hopeless" class (Ken Morton). The IBR ends September 2nd.

Pass the Oyster

Burlington, WA -- Here's your chance to ride some of the greater and lesser known roads of Skagit, Whatcom, Island and Snohomish Counties. Starts at the Buzz Inn in Sedro Wooley and ends with a BBQ at Brian's. Email Brett or Brian for more info.

The 12th WetLeather CookOff

Vancouver, WA -- (Nobody died last time, so we're gonna try 'er again.) A potluck event -- beer/cider/sodapop provided, bring your own "food". The Official Ingredients are: mushrooms, coconut and pomegranate. Costumes are encouraged, and a prize will be awarded. Info? Email Martin or Carol.

Orphan's Thanksgiving & Housewarming
