1 bunch of green onions
2 or 3 chicken breasts
1 head iceburg lettuce
2 oz bean threads
small pkg slivered almonds
2 Tbs sugar
1 tsp seasoned salt
1/4 C oil
1 tsp sesame oil
3 tsp cider vinegar
|Preparation:||For the dressing, just mix everything together.
For the salad itself, chop the onions into small pieces. Saute the chicken (or boil it in chicken broth), then chop it into small pieces, deep fry the bean threads, toss all together and add the dressing.
|Notes:||Here's my contribution -- this stuff is really good, damn easy to prepare, and pretty good for you too. I usually surprise myself with how much of it I can consume...|
