Ingredients:4 egg whites
1-1/3 c granulated sugar
1/3 c vegetable oil
1/2 c unsweetened cocoa powder
1/4 c lowfat coffee-flavored yogurt
1-1/4 c all-purpose flour
1/4 tsp salt
1 tsp vanilla
1 Tbsp confectioners sugar
Preparation:Heat oven to 350 degrees F. Lightly grease bottom of 9" x 9" pan.

Beat egg whites with fork until slightly frothly. Add vegetable oil, yogurt, and vanilla. Mix well. Add sugar and cocoa. Mix well. Add flour and salt. Mix until blended. Pour into pan. Bake 25 - 30 minutes and let cool. Dust with confectioners sugar. Cut into 2-1/4" x 1-1/2" bars.

Makes 24 bars.
