|Ingredients:||8 oz semi-sweet chocolate
2 tbsp butter
3/4 c light brown sugar
2 tsp vanilla
1/4 c flour
1/2 tsp baking powder
1/8 tsp salt
3/4 c toffee bits
1/2 c chopped pecans
|Preparation:||Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Melt butter and chocolate over lowest possible heat.
Beat eggs and sugar until light and fluffy; add chocolate mixture.
Mix flour, salt and baking powder and add to batter. Stir in toffee bits and pecan pieces.
Chill batter for 45 minutes.
Drop in 1/4-cup mounds onto cookie sheet lined with parchment paper.
Bake at 350 degrees for 15 minutes.
