4 c catsup
1 c apple juice
1 c apple cider vinegar
1 c soy sauce
3 Tbsp garlic powder
3 Tbsp pepper
1-1/3 c apple, peeled and grated
1-1/2 c pureed huckleberries
1/2 c whole huckleberries
4 Tbsp pepper
1 Tbsp paprika
8 Tbsp chili powder
1 Tbsp dry mustard
2 c apple juice
Mix all ingredients in a saucepan.
Bring to a boil.
Reduce heat and simmer for 15 minutes.
Mix the dry spices evenly in a small bowl.
Rub the ribs with dry spices.
Roast in oven with the apple juice at 250 degrees for 2 hours.
Remove from oven.
Place ribs on grill and coat with sauce.
Grill to desired doneness.
