|Ingredients:||8 oz frozen unsweetened berries
12 oz frozen apple juice concentrate
1 Tbsp cornstarch
1/4 c cold water
|Preparation:||Combine berries of your choice and undiluted apple juice concentrate in saucepan. Mix cornstarch in water until dissolved.
Slowly add a little of the cornstarch mixture to berry mixture while it cooks over medium temperature.
Continue adding cornstarch until syrup is consistency desired.
