|Preparation:||Season both sides with Tony Chachere's (or whatever YOU like in the way of seasoned salt, or salt and seasonings).
Place carefully on the grill.
When the first set of lines sear nicely, rotate slightly less than 90 degrees.
Cook on that side 'til half done, turn, cook on the other side until done.
