|Ingredients:||1/2 c peanut butter (your choice)
3 Tbsp butter
1/2 tsp salt
3 Tbsp sugar
1 egg, beaten
1-1/2 c milk
1-3/4 c sifted flour
1 Tbsp baking powder
1/4 c wheat germ [I skip this ingredient]
|Preparation:||Cream the peanut butter, butter, salt and sugar until light and fluffy.
Combine the egg and milk.
Sift the flour with the baking powder and add the wheat germ.
Add the liquid mixture and the dry mixture alternately to the creamed mixture.
Fill greased muffin tins two-thirds full.
Bake in 400F oven for 20-25 minutes. Makes 12 muffins.
