|Ingredients:||1-1/2 lb frozen baby grean beans, defrosted
2 Tbsp butter
juice and rind of 1 lemon
3 cloves garlic finely chopped (I used garlic juice, added with lemon juice)
1/4 c chopped hazelnuts, roasted in a dry pan until lightly browned
salt and pepper to taste
|Preparation:||Over high heat, melt butter until sizzling stops (it may be lightly, but should not be very, browned).
Briefly saute garlic.
Throw in beans. As they cook dry, sprinkle in lemon juice.
When all lemon juice is added, reduce heat to low, add salt and pepper to taste, and simmer until beans are done to your taste.
Sprinkle over the lemon rind and hazelnuts, stir, serve forth.
