Ingredients:3 medium eggplants
1 tsp salt
2 lemons (1/4 c juice)
1/2 c tahini
Preparation:Pierce eggplants all over to avoid the risk of uncontained explosion.
Roast eggplants (or, broil, or grill. Can be blackened over a gas burner).
Let cool on paper towels, peel off burned skin.
Blend with other ingredients.
