| Ingredients: | 1 lb ground cured ham 1/4 c peanut butter 4 tsp prepared mustard (or 2 tsp dry mustard, 1 Tbsp prepared horseradish) 3/4 tsp liquid smoke (1/2 tsp if ham is well-smoked) 8 dashes Tabasco 2-1/4 tsp salt or to taste, start with less if ham is salty 1 tsp worchestershire sauce 1 tsp Kitchen Bouquet 4 tsp soy sauce (3 tsp if salty) 1 tsp chpped garlic 1 t finely ground black pepper | ||
| Preparation: | Process all ingredients. If too dry, add up to 1 Tbsp lard and enough water to get a nice spreadable consistency. | ||
