|Ingredients:||Or drummettes. Or whatever.
Rice wine vinegar.
Dave's Insanity Sauce (or something else to add heat).
|Preparation:||Mix up sauce using teriyaki sauce as the bulk of the liquid. Add a bunch
of ginger. Season with rice wine vinegar, fish sauce, and drip in somes
hot stuff until the heat level is where ya like it. Use the honey to
thicken or balance the fish sauce if needed. Add a bit of sesame oil and
a leetle bit of liquid smoke. Refrigerate overnight if possible.
Double up a couple of gallon freezer bags, add drummettes or wings, and
pour enough mixture in to marinate. Refrigerate overnight.
Heat oven to 350.
Line a baking dish with foil to make cleanup easier. Put wings/drummies
in pan in a single layer. Bake in oven for 10-12 minutes, remove and
turn over. Bake for another 10-12 minutes. Remove and turn over again.
Wick the oven up to 375/400 and put baking dish back in for another 5-6
minutes. (or, use your outdoor grill!)
