|Ingredients:||1lb meat. Plain hamburger will do. Pork sausage or other ground stuff to your taste and proportion.
1c oatmeal (or bread crumbs, or cracker crumbs). Or a little more.
1 medium-sized onion, chopped fairly coarsely
Other spices, garlic, Lawry's, Tony's, Johnny's, etc.
3/4 can Campbell's Cream of Soup. We usually use mushroom, but chicken, celery, others also work well.
|Preparation:||Squish all the above together by hand.
Put in loaf pan.
Spread the other 1/4 can of the cream soup on top.
Bake for about an hour at 350.
|Notes:||Note absence of tomato-type substances.|
