Hmmm...how about a play on the theme used last week? If you didn't notice (or get a chance to take any) shots of neon require pretty slow shutter speeds.
Along those lines - I'm going to challenge you to create an image using a VERY slow shutter.
You'll have to break out the tripod for this one. Make your image with a shutter no faster that 1/15 sec. Personally, I'm going to shoot for a time exposure in the 1.5 to 2 min range. We'll have to see if I can be successful at this one. It's been an eternity since I did any time exposure work.
Images to follow.
I'll make the challenge this week fairly easy -
Take a photo of a neon sign near you, then play with it using your editing software of choice to create multiple 'art' images.
Here's a nice sign I found Saturday night along
Hwy 99W between Corvallis and Monroe, Oregon, in several versions:
Do we have a plan? Maybe.
Is it time to combine elements from previous challenges?
Or did I miss the whole meeting and I'm running around like a chicken.

Just for fun - the ubiquitious long and lonesome highway shot from my road-trip last week
CJ and I went on our annual elk hunting trip to the Silvies unit of the Ochoco National Forest in eastern Oregon last week. Due to major fires in the Ochoco last summer the patterns of both animals and hunters changed dramatically so we had no luck hunting for bulls this year. In fact the only person in our whole party to even see any elk was me (I came across a herd of 30-40 while driving the truck to a meeting spot), and I didn't have a rifle or tag. But we did have a great time camping, hiking around, and enjoying the country.
