Ingredients:2 lbs sweet potatoes
butter
1 can chipotle peppers in adobo sauce
Preparation:Peel and cube sweet potatoes, then steam until tender. Chop fine *one* pepper from the can. That's one, singular. The brave might try two; three would be masochism. Mash sweet potatoes, adding a touch of butter, the chopped pepper, and a little adobo sauce to taste.
Notes:This is for people tired "sweet potatoes" served "sweet".
