Ingredients:1 gal water
4-1/2 lbs honey
3 qts red currant juice
1 lb raisins
1 oz yeast
1 slice toast
Preparation:This is part of the Blue Flame brewing article.

1. Boil the honey and water together.

2. When cool add the red currant juice, chopped raisins and yeast spread on
the toast. Allow to ferment 16 days.

3. Then skim and strain and stand 10 days before bottling.
