Ingredients:sauted onions
chicken broth
lots of sharp cheddar
a bit of parmesan
thickened slightly with roux
Preparation:Pour over cooked macaroni, bake till bubbly, then serve, with a bit of extra sauce on the side, especially the second day if it is not gooey enough. With fresh homegrown tomatoes.
