Ingredients:Juice 2 limes
half an onion, minced
2 oz tequila
2 serrano peppers, diced
T salt
1 thin-cut beef round tip steak
Preparation:Mix up everything in a non-reactive bowl. Then slide in steak.

Marinate in the fridge overnight, in the morning drain and sandwichify!
