Ingredients:Coleman's mustard powder
white wine
Preparation:Mix the 2 together until you get the consistency you like. The 2 combine
to make a potent spicey chinese-style mustard.
Notes:In a pinch, I have use white wine vinegar and rice wine vinegar instead of the
white wine. It produces a milder mustard.
