Ingredients:1/2 c Absolute Citron
1/2 c Cicken Stock
1/4 c Water
1 tsp ground black pepper
Juice & zest of 1 lemon.
Preparation:Mix all ingredients and freeze in shallow pan. Scrape with a fork to form
a slush (Granita). Top fresh shucked oysters with Granita and enjoy.
Notes:Try topping a fresh oyster with an Absolute Citron Granita!
