Ingredients:Target 5-gallon batch.

11 lb American 2-row
4 oz Munich - 9L
4 oz Crystal - 10L
4 oz Cara-Pils
4 oz wheat malt

Hops:
Nugget (alpha: 13.0) - 1-3/8oz for 60 minutes
Centennal (alpha: 10.4) - 2oz for 60 minutes

1 tsp Irish Moss last 15 minutes

Yeast:
Wyeast 1056 American Ale yeast.
Preparation:Single-step infusion mash for 90 minutes.
Sparge out to 6+ gallons of wort.
Boil with hops per schedule.
Chill to 72F and pitch yeast.
Ferment at 65-68F for 5-6 days.
Rack to secondary for 4 weeks, keg, carbonate, and serve.

OG: ~1.065 FG: ~1.012
