Description:Mmm, sour. Posted:2006-10-28
Key words:quince, cranberries Category:Sauces

Ingredients:1 bag cranberries
2 quince, fuzz rubbed off and chopped up
1-2 c sugar or honey (to taste)
(one orange, seeded and chopped)
Preparation:Cook up until you like the texture, about fifteen minutes. If you
cook it long enough, the quince will cook down and it will set up
well enough to make a fancy raspberry-fool type jello mold layered
with whipped cream. But then you might have to share.
Notes:serves one cranberry pig
